Format and Duration
A one to two hour facilitated remote workshop for four to ten participants.
We begin with a preparatory exercise, for everyone to introduce themselves, practice using the tools and fix any issues.
Our facilitators will then guide your team through a focused and time-boxed process, guaranteed to deliver a decision.
The first step is an exercise to visualise the positives and negatives of your current situation. It is followed by activities to prioritise your challenges and select one to solve.
In the next steps we guide your team to reframe challenges as opportunities, come up with creative solutions, then prioritise and choose a solution. Lastly, we help your team divide the solution into actionable steps which can be completed in a couple of weeks.
You will need to make four to ten participants available for the workshop. At least one participant must have authority to make decisions, which may involve some budget spend.
